Adams & Martin Group is looking for an experienced Legal Biller in Atlanta.

The successful candidate will exhibit first-hand knowledge of associated

E-billing platforms, in addition to processing and submission of manual invoices. This position will

also be responsible for tracking and processing client deductions and appeals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for timely and accurate client billing, including routine and complex billing

arrangements.

Maintains open lines of communication with Attorneys, Legal Assistants, and clients for resolution

of billing issues.

Review and assist set up of timekeepers, rate information, and legal matters on electronic vendor

websites.

Proactively maintain accurate documentation and verify accuracy of billing data in all systems .

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

A minimum of three years e-billing experience in an insurance defense law firm setting is strongly

preferred.

Aderant experience is required, and Bill Blast is strongly preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with investigative mindset and strong research skills
